Terms of Service

1. Platform Services & Scope

Cash Hand provides digital financial management tools, cash-flow diagnostics, commercial invoicing systems, and virtual CFO intelligence. The software is designed to assist MSME business owners in monitoring operational liquidity and management metrics.

2. User Obligations & Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You agree to submit authentic financial entries and refrain from using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized commercial activities.

3. Nature of Advisory & Financial Analysis

Cash Hand automated reports, AI CFO observations, and health score indicators provide operational management guidance based on user-supplied numbers. They do not constitute certified statutory audit filings, statutory tax representations, legal opinions, or guaranteed investment advice. Users should consult licensed chartered accountants for statutory tax compliance.

4. Subscriptions & Billing Cycles

Plans are billed according to published rates:

• 14-Day Cash Hand CFO Trial: ₹99 one-time introductory fee for exactly 14 calendar days from server-verified payment activation. Grants complete access to CFO features. After 14 days, the trial expires unless the customer explicitly authorizes and completes the Monthly CFO subscription at ₹699/month. Cash Hand never automatically charges ₹699 after the trial, and customer accounts or historical financial data are never deleted upon trial expiration.
• Monthly CFO Service: ₹699/month recurring retainer, cancellable anytime before renewal.
• One-Time Health Check: ₹499 flat one-off diagnostic fee.
